Hot Lunch Orders for Broadway Students
Many parents of students on Broadway are signing up for Hot Lunch orders for their children. To find the link on our school website, you should:

  • Click on your child's school page from the homepage (i.e., CES, CSH, or SHB)
  • Click on "QuickLinks" in the right hand corner (next to the "search" and "sitemap" links)
  • Select "Hot Lunch" from the drop-down menu
  • Order your child's hot lunch for the year directly from Taste Nutrition! 
Calendar Function on School Website
In our continued effort as a school community to "go green" and eliminate waste of paper and resources, our Convent & Stuart Hall calendars will not be printed in booklet form, and may be found exclusively online.

In order to link to your child's daily/weekly/monthly calendar online, you should:

  • Click on the "Calendars" icon on the school homepage
  • Select the school or schools you would like to see on your calendar, and hit "Refresh"; if you would like to see events for all four schools, leave the default settings as they are
  • You may select Block View, Week View, or Print View
  • You may print each month singly (but keep in mind that new events and announcements are added throughout the school year)

Your donations are welcome year-round at Seconds To Go. We accept drop-offs during regular business hours, 7 days a week. The store depends solely on donations from our community to replenish inventory - thank you for your support of Seconds To Go!

Golf & Tennis Classic Friday, October 17 Come Out Fore the Love of the Game!
GT08We hope to see many of you at the Golf & Tennis Classic on Friday, October 17. Thanks to our wonderful volunteers who came to 1911 Pine Street last week to help with the invitation mailing - we could not have done it without your help!

Even if you are unable to come out to the greens or the courts, please plan on joining us for post-play festivities at the Harding Park Clubhouse. Live and Silent Auctions will be held at dinner that evening; many wonderful items await your bid!

We encourage you to register for the Classic today, either by returning your reply card or by linking here. There are still opportunities to sponsor the event or to sponsor a faculty or staff member to play. Please call 415-345-5822 for details.

SFMTA Meeting on Broadway - Wednesday, September 24
In two weeks, there will be an informational meeting led by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) to discuss traffic calming issues on west Broadway. It will be held Wednesday, September 24, at 6:30 p.m., in the Flood Mansion. Please link here for a message from Pamela Hayes about the meeting. We encourage you to attend.
Holiday Wrap Sale
wrap2Each fall the Parents' Association sponsors the sale of holiday and all-occasion gift wrap and other gift items. Half of the proceeds from the sale benefit the schools. We hope you will support this effort and let your friends and families know about the sale as well!

You should have received the forms and catalog envelopes; these are also available at the Front Desks at Broadway and Stuart Hall High School. Orders are due Friday, September 26. Your wrap and gift items will be available November 13 and 14. Please contact Wrap Sale Chair Janet Bollier with questions at 415-298-3225.
