E-SCRIP

E-Scrip is an exciting alternative to paper scrip (store certificates). A wide variety of merchants are participating in E-Scrip, donating a percentage of each purchase to the Schools, and more are joining every day. The Parents' Association is urging all our families to sign up for E-Scrip to help us achieve our fundraising goals through this simple and very effective program. A list of participating merchants can be viewed at http://www.escrip.com.

To sign up:

  1. Download the registration form here, or call 1-800-592-0942 to register over the phone. You will give the E-Scrip Registrar the numbers of the credit cards, debit cards, and store rewards cards you use when you shop. Any purchase made with these cards will automatically qualify for an E-Scrip donation from participating merchants.
  2. The Group Number of Schools of the Sacred Heart is #118427082. You must use this number so that our Schools will be credited with your purchases.
  3. That's it! There is nothing further for you to do, except go about your normal shopping, knowing that you are benefiting the Schools without having to drag around paper certificates! You will receive an enrollment packet from E-Scrip in the mail.

MORNINGS ON BROADWAY

Mornings on Broadway is a parent information program presented throughout the year by the Parents' Association. All Mornings on Broadway programs are held Monday mornings (8:30 am) in the Reception Room at the Flood Mansion unless otherwise noted.

ON-LINE SHOPPING

Schoolpop.com is a quick and easy way to shop on the Internet and benefit the Schools at the same time. You simply go to the site www.schoolpop.com, select which school you wish to benefit (Schools of the Sacred Heart are listed as Convent of the Sacred Heart Elementary, Stuart Hall for Boys, Convent of the Sacred Heart High School, and Stuart Hall High School), then register as a Schoolpop shopper. Then shop online as you normally would through Yahoo or any other shopping portal. Stores you visit may ask you to register with them as well, but it is a one time process.

Seconds-To-Go

Seconds-To-Go is the Schools' second-hand store, located at 2252 Fillmore Street, San Francisco. Founded in 1974 by parent volunteers, the store relies on donations of quality clothing, furniture, small appliances (not computers), kitchenware, jewelry, furs, antiques, sports equipment (not skiis or ski boots), toys, books, and accessories for its inventory. Staffed by a store manager and two part-time sales associates, the store also relies on parent volunteers. Every family is asked to work one three-hour shift for each enrolled student every year. Donations to Seconds-To-Go are tax deductible and a receipt will be given. All proceeds from Seconds-To-Go are earmarked for the Financial Aid Program at Schools of the Sacred Heart. Over $1,000,000 in financial aid has been raised through the profit produced by Seconds-To-Go in the last 25 years.
