Sierra Nevada Food Web


 

    Take a large piece of paper and write all the names of the organisms randomly all over the paper.

    Identify the role of each organism by putting one of the following letters under the name. P=producer, C=consumer, D=decomposer and S=scavenger.

    Circle each organism along with its letter.

    Draw a line from any food to the organism that eats it. These lines represent the direction of energy flow in an ecosystem and should always point from the food to who is eating the food.
