Celebrate Spring - Calling All Volunteers!
|
 Warmest thanks to those of you who have already given of your time and talents to help make this year's Celebrate Spring a success. It takes many hands to prepare for the events of the weekend - and we need your support! A number of volunteer opportunities still need filling, including:
- Set-up at the Flood Mansion TODAY, Wednesday, March 5, and Thursday, March 6; various shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Assistance at the Garden Luncheon and set-up for Family Fest, Friday, March 7; various shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Support at Family Fest and Evening Gala set-up, Saturday, March 8; various shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Breaking down the event, Sunday, March 9; various shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

BAKED GOODS are needed for Saturday's Cake Walk!
Please bring your contributions to Broadway on Friday morning. You can deliver your donations during drop-off on Friday morning; there will be volunteers to take your items from your car.

Celebrate Spring - Online Auction is NOW OPEN! |
The Celebrate Spring Online Auction is now open, and wonderful new items are being added daily! Please link here to peruse some of the offerings, which include:
- THIS SUNDAY, March 9, at 11:30 a.m., enjoy a luxury suite at the Oracle Arena to take in an amazing Disney on Ice
show, Princess Wishes. You and your guests won't want to miss this performance! You'll find the tickets under the Premier tab. Bidding for this item closes Friday, March 7 at 6:00 p.m.
- A fabulous three-night getaway to Waikiki! Find the trip under the Premier tab.
- See country legend George Strait live in concert on March 28 from a private suite at the Oracle Arena! The suite accommodates 20 Pure Country fans! Find the tickets under the Premier tab.
The Online Auction will be open through Sunday, March 9, at noon. You may bid on items from the comfort of your home, or at computers available during the Garden Luncheon and the Evening Gala. Pick up of all items will be at 1911 Pine Street on Monday, March 10, and Tuesday, March 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you are unable to pick up your auction purchases by March 11, please call 415-345-5822 to make alternative arrangements.

Celebrate Spring - A Reminder About Dismissal and Hot Lunch |
Please mark your calendars: there will be no hot lunch on Thursday, March 6 and Friday, March 7 due to Celebrate Spring. There will also be alternate pick-up locations from the Broadway campus on Friday, March 7.

Walk for Uganda - Saturday, March 15 |
Please join Convent of the Sacred Heart High School students and the rest of the Convent & Stuart Hall community at the Walk for Uganda, on Saturday, March 15. Proceeds from this annual fundraiser will benefit the Sacred Heart Primary School, our sister school in Kyamusansala, Uganda. This year's Walk is jointly sponsored by Sacred Heart Preparatory in Atherton and our own Convent of the Sacred Heart High School students.
Breakfast is at 9:00 a.m. near the Warming Hut, and the walk across the Golden Gate Bridge commences at 10:00 a.m. The registration fee is $25.
