Thanks to all those of you who supported our efforts for Celebrate Spring 2008 by participating in our Wine Sale.
Please come to the Herbst House garage on Thursday, November 8, and Friday, November 9, to collect your wine. Herbst House is located on the southwest corner of Webster at Broadway. You may come by any time between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Come and join us for the Holiday Greens Boutique, two special days at the Flood Mansion. Featured vendors will have unique gifts for everyone in your family! And you'll have a chance to pick up fresh wreaths and garlands and beautiful holiday decorations for your home. Invitations and greenery pre-order forms will be mailed this week. You can pre-order your greens, and pick them up on December 5 and 6!
Family and friends are welcome. Join us for a champagne reception on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday's sale will run from 8:30 a.m. to Noon.

Fair Trade Coffee Sale Benefiting Stuart Hall High School Service Trips |
 In an effort to raise money for Stuart Hall High School service trips to Mexico, New Orleans, and Uganda, the school is selling Fair Trade & Organic Coffee that supports the company that they partner with in Mexico, Community Links (www.commlinks.org).
We have whole bean coffee (Light, Dark, & Decaf) in 12 oz bags selling for $12.50/bag or whatever more you would like to pay.

An Evening with a Local Author - Julia Flynn Siler Comes to Broadway |
 Join us in welcoming Julia Flynn Siler to our campus on Monday, November 12. Julia is the author of The House of Mondavi: The Rise and Fall of an American Wine Dynasty. She is a journalist with many years experience writing for The Wall Street Journal, The San Francisco Chronicle, and The New York Times.
Julia will give a reading from this exciting new work, and will sign copies as well. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Reception Room, and will be followed by a wine and cheese reception.
