Celebrate Spring Wine Tasting and Sale - Thursday, October 11 |
Join us for a wonderful evening of good cheer at the Flood Mansion! A delicious array of wines will be available for tasting and purchase. Included in the vintages on offer: wines from the Flood Family Vineyards. Judy Flood (Maud's granddaughter) will be in attendance- we hope you can join her and come out to support this great event.
Other wines available: 2006 Bell Sauvignon Blanc, $192 per case - dry, crisp, and refreshing. Also, last year's top seller, 2005 Rancho Sisquoc Chardonnay, from the Flood Family Vineyards, will be available at $225 per case.
Kudos to our event co-chairs Erin Allen and Rosemarie Perkins for their tireless efforts in making this evening a success. Mark your calendars, and invite friends and family for what promises to be a fantastic night!

Heart to Heart Friday Night Socials - Building Community One Week at a Time |
Stuart Hall High School will host the first Friday night dinner for the Community Outreach Program, on Friday, October 12, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., in the Columbus Room at Stuart Hall High School. All Convent & Stuart Hall families are invited to participate. The Friday Night program is a partnership between our schools and our neighbors from the Western Addition. The evenings consist of dinner, followed by age appropriate group activities, including basketball in the gym. Community service hours are available for student volunteers. Speaker Series Welcomes Jim Steyer, Common Sense Media - October 24, 2007 |
 Jim Steyer is a nationally acclaimed child advocate and media expert and a San Francisco parent. He will be on campus as the first lecturer in our Convent & Stuart Hall Speaker Series. He will offer guidance for understanding the dangerous media messages that bombard our children on a daily basis.
Jim has been featured on many television programs, including The Oprah Winfrey Show and The Today Show, as well as on CNN and CBS News.
There will be childcare available upon request. You may RSVP to rsvp@sacredsf.org. Join us in welcoming Jim on Wednesday, October 24, at 5:30 p.m. in the Syufy Theater, and be a part of this important and timely discussion.

 Move over, Harry Potter - there's a new kid in town!
Join in the celebration of the launch of The Tapestry: The Hound of Rowan, written and illustrated by our own Henry Neff, Stuart Hall High School instructor. The author will sign your "fresh off the press" copy!
The festivities will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Flood Mansion on Friday, October 5, and promise fun for the whole family. Hope you'll join us!
