NOTES FROM THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Over the summer, as the new Board Chair, I worked with the Executive Committee to re-write the By-laws with invaluable input from Donna Morgan. Also, John Linehan and Bill Shea restructured the board committees in efforts to better fit the needs of the schools.

We now have four standing committees: Audit, Business & Finance, Committee on Trustees, Development & Alumni Relations. The ad hoc committees are Excellence, Inclusion and Positioning.

Business & Finance has two subcommittees: Building & Grounds and Investments. In addition, Development has two subcommittees: Planned Giving and Special Gifts.

We welcome our new board members: Michela Alioto-Pier ‘86 ’82, Laura & Peter Carroll, Carol Doll, Jason Fish and Clara Perez McInerney CSH ’75.
