The
Special Gifts Committee celebrated the opening of the Fitness
and Conditioning Center for Stuart Hall High School. The
basement at 1911 Pine Street has been transformed into state-of-the-art
workout area with fitness, conditioning and stretching equipment.
The open house, held Nov. 8, was attended by Stuart Hall
High School parents, donors to the Conditioning & Fitness
Center fund and members of the Board of Trustees. Student
athletes demonstrated use of the equipment. Both Mike Armstrong,
dean of students and athletic director for SHHS, and Terry
Betterly, director of business, finance and operations,
were commended for their work on this project, so important
to SHHS's programs and recruitment efforts.

Stuart Hall High School athletes Ben Costa, Chauncey Aceret,
Brendan Sullivan and Will O’Leary were on hand to
demonstrate the awesome new equipment.
